We need a Mid-to-Senior-level professional with a Data/Solution Architect profile and hands-on experience with Databricks within the AWS ecosystem, capable of supporting the modernization of the Data Lake to the Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers), ensuring the infrastructure is built following best practices in governance, performance, and scalability. ### **Requirements** * Databricks Architecture * Proficiency in Unity Catalog, Workspaces, Volumes, Medallion Models, and Data Products. * Ability to correctly separate Silver and Gold layers, avoiding lift-and-shift approaches. * Knowledge of migrating legacy systems (Hive, SQL Server, legacy DW) to Delta Lake. * AWS and Integration * Solid understanding of S3, IAM, Glue Catalog, KMS, VPC, security, and native integrations. * Experience building pipelines on AWS (Glue, DMS, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge). * Data Governance * Best practices in data cataloging, lineage, access policies, and domain-based privileges. * Catalog and schema organization designed for future expansion (multi-domain). * Data Modeling and Best Practices * Entity-oriented modeling (Silver) and KPI/mart-oriented modeling (Gold). * Clear understanding of boundaries between technical processing, business rules, and specialization. * Modernization and Migration * Ability to analyze the current semantic layer and reorganize content across Silver and Gold layers. * Experience migrating traditional DWs to Lakehouse using Databricks. * Observability * Monitoring data and pipeline quality * Architectural Vision * Ability to sketch an initial high-level design (“napkin diagram”) outlining key decisions: * Catalog structure * Ingestion workflow * Table standardization * Security and governance * Future expansion to multiple domains * Integration with legacy and new systems * **Location** São Paulo \- SP * **Work Modality**Remote * **Professional Level** Senior Consultant / Developer * **Minimum Academic Requirement** Completed Bachelor’s Degree * **Contract Type** PJ
