Information is consolidated into a single environment and used to support more consistent credit decisions—always alongside financial, legal, and behavioral data. * **AgFlow:** A credit pipeline responsible for structuring and organizing the credit analysis and decision journey—from registration to formalization. * **CredAcademy:** Training for professionals seeking authority over agricultural credit. **Your Responsibilities Here:** * Develop and evolve frontend features, participating in technical definition with the team and ensuring high-quality deliveries. * Contribute to code organization and evolution of existing standards, supporting best practices in componentization, testing, and code reviews. * Drive continuous improvement of code quality, application performance, and stability. * Collaborate with the team through code reviews and technical exchanges, contributing to collective growth. * Work closely with Product and Design teams to help transform requirements into functional, well-structured solutions. * Support identification and resolution of bugs, contributing to application stability and reliability. **What We Expect From You:** * Solid experience with **React and/or Next.js and/or Vue**, using **TypeScript daily**. * Ability to implement well-structured solutions, considering best practices for code maintenance and evolution. * Experience with quality practices such as version control, code review, linting, and testing (unit or integration). * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within teams and across departments. * Comfort working in dynamic environments with frequent changes and interaction with legacy systems. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience with componentization and code reuse, contributing to interface standardization. * Familiarity with frontend monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Sentry or similar). * Experience in frontend evolution or migration projects, participating in implementations alongside the team.
