The position involves primarily internal operations, with a structured operational routine and emphasis on safety, organization, and adherence to procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate a dump truck (manual transmission) for internal transportation of organic waste between yards within the unit * Assist in loading and unloading waste according to operational procedures * Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and operational regulations * Maintain vehicle organization, cleanliness, and maintenance * Support operational activities related to the unit’s daily routine * Perform occasional external trips when necessary (not frequent) **Requirements** * Driver's license category **D** * Valid **MOPP** course certificate or willingness to complete it * Experience operating manual-transmission trucks (preferred) * Availability to work in a rural area * Commitment to safety and operational regulations **Compensation and Benefits** * Meal allowance * Fuel allowance * Performance-based bonus per internal criteria * **Unimed** health plan with co-payment (after probation period) * Dental plan **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, from **7:30 AM to 5:18 PM** **Work Location** * **Rural Unit – Chácaras Val Paraíso (toward Martinésia)** * **Personal transportation required**, due to location Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.508,00 – R$3.700,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
