Organization and safety in product handling **Position Summary:** The Distribution Assistant will be responsible for supporting product delivery activities to customers, ensuring items are transported, verified, and unloaded safely and in accordance with the company's quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Assist the driver during delivery routes. * Load and unload products onto the vehicle and at delivery locations. * Verify goods against invoices, manifests, or orders. * Organize products securely inside the vehicle to prevent damage. * Maintain clear communication with the driver and logistics team. * Provide courteous customer service during deliveries. * Assist with product returns and collection of return items when necessary. * Follow company safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred). * Good physical fitness for lifting and moving loads. * Punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork. * Experience in delivery or distribution is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in beverages, food, retail, or transportation sectors. * Basic knowledge of invoices. * Experience with urban distribution routes.
