Promote communication and engagement across departments. **JUNIOR TRAINING ANALYST** **Summary:** Conduct live (online and in-person) training sessions for onboarding and updates. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct live (online and in-person) training sessions for onboarding and updates. * Support the sales team in using training materials and tools. * Conduct Q&A sessions and learning reinforcement activities. * Promote communication and engagement across departments. * Create announcements and campaigns to encourage training participation. * Develop initiatives to increase adoption of educational content. * Manage training projects. * Monitor and organize the training schedule. * Support the implementation of new methodologies and learning formats. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Pedagogy, Languages, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
