Job Summary: This professional will provide operational support to sales channels, ensuring accurate recording of commercial information and compliance with the company's internal policies. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and administrative support to the sales department. 2. Management and updating of proposals, orders, and contracts. 3. Support in preparing sales reports and audits. ### **Responsibilities** Support the sales department in administrative and operational sales routines. Register, verify, and update proposals, orders, and contracts in systems. Support verification of customer documentation and commercial terms. Monitor order flow, deadlines, and status with involved internal departments. Support the sales force in resolving operational questions regarding processes and systems. Ensure accurate recording of commercial information, maintaining organized and up-to-date data. Support preparation of simple sales tracking reports and performance indicators.
