### **Your role on our team**
* Conduct **receptive** customer service interactions with empathy, attention, and courtesy;
* Apply active listening to understand customer needs;
* Offer solutions, special conditions, and personalized benefits;
* Engage in solution-focused and satisfaction-oriented negotiation;
* Accurately record all interactions in the system, with organization and attention to detail;
* Adhere to the company’s quality and service standards.
### **What we look for in you**
* Completed high school education;
* Experience in customer service (a plus, not mandatory);
* Proficiency with computers and systems;
* Strong communication skills, clear diction, and dynamism;
* Empathy, patience, and solution orientation.
### **Work schedule**
* **Rotation:** 6 days on / 1 day off, with alternating days off
* **Daily workload:** 6 hours and 20 minutes
**Available shifts:**
* 8 positions: **08:00–14:20**
* 5 positions: **12:00–18:20**
* 5 positions: **13:40–20:00**
### **Salary and bonus**
* Starting salary: **R$ 1.621,00**
* Bonus: **R$ 180,00**
