We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** – Fully experience and promote Maranhão Motos' culture (Business, Mission, Vision, and Values); – Issue daily billing reports and verify all invoices issued the previous day (chassis/motorcycle/color/model, etc.); – Record all entries marked as advance payments and forward sales data to central finance, including CNH and financial institutions such as Bco Honda, BNDES, and BV; – File cash sales or bank-paid transactions into their respective filing cabinets; – Register payable accounts in the Cloud system when necessary, based on supporting documents; – Support the cashier as a substitute during lunch breaks or when the cashier operator is absent; – Review entries on the auxiliary cash report, identify inconsistencies, and correct them when necessary; – Assist the cashier throughout the day, helping with service order billing while serving customers; – Perform office boy duties upon request; – Organize and manage inventory storage; – Verify the numerical sequence of receipt blocks (Headquarters and PAVs) using daily reports to minimize or eliminate potential errors; – Actively participate in company meetings and commitments when summoned; – Perform related duties as assigned by superiors; – Ensure proper care and preservation of company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); – Strictly comply with all company procedures, rules, and specifications; – Properly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company;
