We value and highlight professionals who have: * Empathy * Interpersonal skills * Customer focus * Commitment * Organization * Excellence in customer service Responsibilities and duties: **Activities:** **Assist in maintaining technology equipment, Rub equipment.** **Train the Replenishment team and others on equipment operation, as well as basic knowledge of networks and systems.** **Develop computer programs according to specifications provided by the IT analyst.** **Provide support to the Cashier team in case of system issues, coordinating with the Corporate IT team to resolve problems and prevent operational downtime;** **Open and monitor service tickets to resolve system issues.** **Provide assistance when equipment or accessories have problems, opening service tickets for more complex issues;** **Accompany IT technicians while performing various tasks (installations or repairs);** **Open service tickets to request replacement/purchase of store equipment and accessories;** **Perform, when requested, updates of the systems used in the store.** * Basic knowledge of networks and systems, familiarity with Linux operating system. Proven experience in the role, including computer and printer maintenance, and basic knowledge of networks and systems.
