Main Responsibilities: Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable routines Requirements: Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable Prior experience in construction companies or real estate development firms Knowledge of the Sienge system Knowledge of bank reconciliation Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility Intermediate Excel skills Invoice verification, recording, and clearance Bank reconciliation Payment due date control and payment flow management Issuance of bank slips (boletos) and monitoring of delinquency Support in monthly financial closing Organization and control of financial documents Data entry and maintenance in the Sienge system Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$3.500,00 - R$4.000,00 per month
