Check out the profile below and apply! **Education:** Ongoing or completed degree in Computer Networks (technologist or bachelor's), Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or related fields **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer networks **Required Technical Skills:** Knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol. Knowledge of network equipment, including configuration of routers, edge routers, switches, OLT, FTTH networks, PTP or PMTP radio networks, Access Points, etc. **Desirable/Additional Skills:** Knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP is desirable. Experience in telecommunications is a plus. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Configure and manage local and remote data communication networks, oriented toward meeting customer and organizational needs. Configure and update organization's data center equipment, as well as all client and internal network assets. Monitor environments to diagnose situations that may affect availability, performance, and functionality of solutions. Perform maintenance, resolve production issues, and guide users and operators on proper use of the environment. Ensure integrity in the management of corporate data and objects. Install local networks, both LAN and WAN. Firmware updates and maintenance; Analyze incidents and develop solutions; Identify failures in current network configurations; Participate in training sessions within the field.
