You will be hired from day one and receive comprehensive training to perform your duties with excellence. **Job Responsibilities:** Conducting active outreach to students (primarily via chat) to assist with enrollment and re-enrollment completion. Responsible for identifying questions, providing personalized support, guiding students through pending steps, encouraging registration finalization, and recording all interactions in the system. Also performing follow-up as needed, directly contributing to improved conversion rates.
