This experience enables us to add significant value to the contracts we handle, as we deeply understand the challenges and problems faced by public institutions in Brazil, and through the exchange and sharing of acquired knowledge, since we have participated in numerous successful projects across the country. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as the liaison between business areas and the technical team. * Ensure that customer needs are correctly understood and translated into functional and non-functional requirements. * Support contract managers and Product Owners in planning and prioritizing requests. * Ensure that generated documentation complies with contractual practices, LGPD, and internal standards. * Conduct requirements elicitation and analysis meetings with users and stakeholders. * Prepare requirements documents, user stories, use cases, prototypes, and process diagrams. * Define acceptance criteria and support the QA team in developing test scenarios. * Monitor the lifecycle of requests (from elicitation through to acceptance), supporting developers and users. * Map current processes and propose workflow improvements for new and legacy systems. * Support the preparation of technical and business documentation required by the contract (ER models, business rules, manuals). * Identify risks and dependencies related to deliveries, reporting to the contract manager when necessary. * Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, daily, retrospective) ensuring alignment with the team. * Support client acceptance, validating that deliverables meet specified requirements. * Safeguard information security and confidentiality in accordance with contractual clauses. * Substitute for or support other requirements analysts when requested, ensuring service continuity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * Strong oral and written communication skills for interaction with business areas and technical teams; analytical profile with attention to detail. * Ability to negotiate and facilitate requirements elicitation meetings with users. * Prior experience in eliciting, analyzing, and specifying system requirements. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices in documentation. * Ability to draft user stories, use cases, process flows, and business rules. * Experience with requirements/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Redmine, Azure DevOps or similar). * Basic understanding of relational databases for query comprehension and elementary modeling. * Knowledge of system integration and APIs will be considered an advantage. * Experience in public sector, tax, or financial projects is desirable. **Additional Information** Contract type: PJ (Individual Contractor) Log,Lab Digital Intelligence is a company with over 21 years in the market, operating exclusively in the public sector, working alongside state-owned enterprises, institutions, and municipal, state, and federal agencies.
