Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Collaborating with Mercado Libre’s transportation and logistics operations teams to develop and implement the optimal domestic transfer network—enabling faster customer service and optimized costs. * Managing area performance indicators and guiding the team to create action plans for any deviations. * Empowering the team to take ownership within operations by conducting audits and maintaining operational oversight to identify opportunities for improving their assigned metrics. * Managing transportation processes within operations. * Serving as the point of reference for operations teams during your tenure—participating in operational meetings and helping shape and influence teams to fully comply with all processes, thereby delivering optimal results. * Participating in and coordinating cross-functional problem-solving sessions to identify and implement the best improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; postgraduate degree in Logistics preferred. * Experience managing transportation operations with high-volume distribution; knowledge of process methodologies and continuous improvement. * Experience managing large teams, shift-based work, and shift scheduling. * Availability to work rotating shifts in the Campinas region, on a 5x2 schedule. **We offer you:** * The chance to be part of an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * The opportunity to drive your own development in an environment rich with opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * The chance to collaborate and learn in teams with outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything you need to have a truly great experience. :) Mercado Libre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for money.
