Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including contact information, medical history, and consultation logs. Manage physicians’ and healthcare professionals’ schedules, ensuring organized time slots and avoiding conflicts. Collect patient payments and process invoices and health insurance claims. Answer telephone calls and e\-mails, providing information and routing requests to appropriate staff. Keep the reception area and waiting room clean and organized. Assist physicians and healthcare professionals with administrative tasks, such as completing forms and requesting authorizations. Ensure patient information confidentiality and comply with data privacy regulations.
