Assistance in logistics and material dispatch. **Description** We seek a dynamic, organized, proactive professional with strong Excel proficiency. Teamwork, agility, and attention to detail are essential. **Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and store products and materials in inventory; * Record inventory movements for incoming and outgoing items; * Distribute products and materials according to departmental needs; * Perform physical counts by comparing items against the invoice; * Organize the warehouse to facilitate movement of stored and incoming items, maintaining a clean and orderly inventory; * Pack or unpack products, perform material and product dispatch, inspect items, arrange shipments, and assist in logistics processes; * Occasionally assist in receiving, inspection, storage, or dispatch of new and used products. **Competencies:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Commitment; * Organization; * Proficiency in Excel; * Familiarity with the Sankhya system is a plus; * Initiative and proactivity.
