Human Resources Analyst to support and analyze personnel movement, onboarding and offboarding processes, time tracking and vacation management, and employee assistance.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Analyze and support personnel movement and staffing request workflows, ensuring alignment with departmental needs;
* Manage the entire pre-onboarding process, including scheduling medical examinations, collecting required documents, and registering approved candidates in the system;
* Ensure, through onboarding, that employees receive all information regarding HR benefits and policies (payroll, electronic time tracking, vacations, etc.), and request all applicable benefits for newly hired employees within established deadlines;
* Perform daily maintenance of the electronic time tracking system by entering documents (medical certificates, overtime declarations, etc.) into the system, and manage time tracking issues during payroll closing to ensure all employees can access this document within the timeframe defined in the Monthly Schedule;
* Review biweekly and monthly payroll to ensure employees receive all entitled rights and benefits.
* Manage employee enrollment changes in company-offered benefits (additions, removals, upgrades) to control costs and maintain benefit quality;
* Analyze unit-level HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities;
* Monitor unit-level HR expenses by reviewing entries, ensuring budget targets are met;
* Manage the offboarding process—from preparing dismissal documents to conducting employee exit interviews—ensuring adherence to all timelines and regulatory requirements;
* Assist employees by addressing questions related to all matters under the unit’s Personnel Administration area, ensuring high-quality and timely service;
* Manage the entire vacation process, ensuring each employee takes vacation during their requested period.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources;
* Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Knowledge of labor calculations and legislation.
