Job Summary: Professional responsible for budget management, financial analysis, leading Rolling Forecast processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Budget management and financial variance analysis. 2. Leading Rolling Forecast processes and developing performance indicators. 3. Liaising with operational departments and executive management to align results. Responsibilities and Duties: * Budget management, monitoring of OPEX and CAPEX, and analysis of variances between actual vs. forecasted results. * Leading the Rolling Forecast process, ensuring financial forecasts are aligned with strategic goals. * Monthly closing of operational costs and consolidation of information for managerial reporting. * Developing and monitoring performance indicators to support decision-making. * Liaising with operational departments, controllership, and executive management to align results and prioritize investments. * DRE and FC analysis. Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. * Advanced Excel skills. * Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Ability to transform data into *insights* for senior leadership. * Autonomy and Organization: Capability to manage tasks and prioritize demands. * Proactive Communication: Ability to clearly explain financial scenario variances. * Attention to Detail: Ensuring technical accuracy in financial reports and compliance documents.
