




Job Summary: A Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for managing guest accommodations and building maintenance, ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant and memorable stay, while working collaboratively to resolve daily issues. Ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers. * We are seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to serve as the primary point of contact for our guests and to manage all aspects of their accommodations and building operations. Specifically, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our guests. In addition, you will work collaboratively and handle all daily situations in a friendly manner. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Enter data into maintenance management systems, such as: SIM (Integrated Maintenance System), equipment automation systems, internet, etc. * Complete daily shift routine checklists. * Comply with standards and procedures to meet requirements for internal and external audits. * Perform construction-related activities, including painting—both corrective and preventive. * Maintain the swimming pool and its equipment. * Respond to requests from guest rooms and departments, addressing incidents promptly to ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers. * Perform painting-related activities—both corrective and preventive—following company procedures to ensure optimal functionality. * Keep maintenance areas clean and organized. * Maintain proper operation of pool equipment, monitoring Total Alkalinity, pH, and Chlorine levels within ideal parameters. * Monitor consumption items—including electricity, water, gas, etc.—by reviewing daily measurement reports to identify system failures and reduce costs. * Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for managerial follow-up. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and tools—including mechanical, hydraulic, gas, civil construction, and other systems—to ensure optimal performance. * Turn on and off the condominium lighting. * Respond to requests from guest rooms and departments, addressing incidents promptly to ensure satisfaction of both internal and external customers. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and ensure safety during tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in this role. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance We are a **hospitality services and solutions provider**, serving over 170 properties across Brazil—from north to south—caring for those who trust us through **unique experiences**, always operating in a **responsible** manner toward the environment, our team, and the communities where we operate. **Together with you**, and a plural, diverse team where everyone feels welcomed and comfortable being their authentic selves, we aim to become Brazil’s leading hospitality operator—a company that guests, investors, partners, and talent want to be associated with. **Shall we do this together?
