Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals — and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and Duties** **DETAILS:** Location: Aracruz/ES Application Deadline: 03/17/3036 **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Operate tissue paper conversion machines (packaging machine, baling press, and palletizing robot), following safety regulations and established standard procedures for quality and production, ensuring compliance with pre-determined product parameters. * Ensure proper operation of the packaging machine, guaranteeing that the final product meets customer-specified quality requirements. * Align pending issues and production-related information with previous shifts, verifying incident notifications such as problems, corrective maintenance actions, and non-conformities. * Ensure optimal functioning of equipment within your area of responsibility through daily inspection checklists, reporting deviations related to safety, quality, productivity, maintenance, and others. * Ensure proper operation of the palletizing robot and stretch wrapper, guaranteeing that the final product meets customer-specified quality requirements. * Assist the rewinder operator to support required activities and maintain smooth production flow. * Participate in production line performance meetings within your area of responsibility together with the rewinder operator. * Monitor and update KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the process. * Participate in failure analyses, proposing corrective actions and improvement opportunities. * Conduct PRE-SETUP meetings. * Perform phase/production changeovers based on production orders, following PCP-established procedures. * Monitor the PCP production plan. * Possess full knowledge of product and packaging defects. * Monitor and inspect products to ensure compliance with established specifications, preventing process losses. * Continuously monitor processes and equipment to prevent deviations. * Comply with internal Suzano policies regarding quality, safety, and environmental standards. * Maintain implementation of the TAR program and share knowledge with peers. * Deliver on-the-job training to new employees. * Use all required PPE during task execution and within other internal facilities where mandatory use is stipulated by occupational safety regulations. * Promote and facilitate the Daily Safety Dialogue. * Demonstrate full proficiency in the PCP system (Optivision). * Maintain cleanliness and preservation of machines, equipment, and the work environment, keeping the production line organized. * Execute all tasks in accordance with Suzano’s Occupational Safety procedures and standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Someone who believes in our values; * Proactive; * Analytical mindset; * Proposes ideas and solutions. **WHAT SUZANO EXPECTS FROM YOU?** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in converting operations preferred * Availability for rotating shifts * Residency in Aracruz. **Additional Information** **WE MEAN MORE THAN JUST PAPER IN YOUR LIFE!** Healthcare benefits: Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance plans; Meal voucher or cafeteria access, grocery allowance (VA), plus an additional VA at year-end; We understand fixed income matters, but beyond that, we offer extra income via our Annual Variable Compensation Program; For future planning, we provide private pension plans; We practice home office for corporate roles, flexible working hours, and casual dress code; To generate and share value, we offer e-learning courses and training on our digital platform, UniverSuzano; At Suzano, something is only good for us if it’s also good for the world!
