Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Assign tasks and guide team members. Ensure adherence to deadlines and targets. Monitor on-site service execution. Control the use of materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Resolve operational and technical issues. Report results and incidents to management. Previous experience as Coordinator, Team Leader, Operations Manager, or Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
