Job Summary: The inspector plans and performs inspection services using reference techniques and standards, prepares equipment, interprets procedures, and evaluates results to ensure quality. Interpretation and evaluation of NDT results **Responsibilities:** * Plan each inspection service, considering the techniques and standards for which the inspector is qualified and authorized; * Receive, where applicable, the work area or components to be inspected from the client; * Prepare the area to be inspected, or ensure that it is properly prepared; * Prepare the component or element to be inspected, or supervise its preparation; * Verify the condition of equipment required for inspection, including, where applicable, its calibration or verification; * Assemble and/or install inspection equipment, if necessary; * Select the NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) technique and/or test method to be used; * Define limitations of the selected test method; * Interpret NDT procedures, adapting them to work instructions according to actual test conditions; * Prepare and verify equipment settings; * Interpret and evaluate results obtained in accordance with applicable codes, standards, or specifications; * Group data generated during inspection and organize it as required by standards or the client. **Requirements:** * Technical course in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Quality Inspector, Manufacturing Inspector, or Equipment Inspector training; * ABENDI/CEBRACI certifications — Phased Array; * Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation, metrology, and quality standards and procedures; * Experience conducting inspections using Phased Array.
