We are seeking a **Bus Driver** with a **responsible, safety-conscious, and committed profile**, who focuses on quality, operational discipline, and teamwork. Here, you will join a team that values respect, care for people, and pride in wearing the PLAMONT uniform. **This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform primary vehicle hygiene (removal of internal and external dirt from vehicles); * Clean and maintain the vehicle; * Request and use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Operate utility vehicles, complying with traffic signals, traffic regulations (including the client’s legislation), and the company’s internal procedures; * Transport workers from the construction site to their service locations and during meal breaks; * Perform maneuvers when necessary, including docking against platforms; * Request and use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Attend daily safety meetings; * Conduct daily inspections of vehicle operational conditions, engine oil level, brakes, tire condition, and vehicle paint; * Verify service schedules; * Comply with traffic legislation, including the client’s legislation; * Operate forklifts upon completion of required training in accordance with current legislation; * Follow Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental (QHSE), administrative, and client procedures, observing defined responsibilities and maintaining records per the Integrated Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete Elementary Education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the role; * Collective Passenger Transport Course – 50 hours; * Driver’s License Category D. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Café Voucher; * Meal Voucher; * On-site meals; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Health Plan; * Partnerships with universities and other institutions, encouraging continuous development and professional growth.
