We are seeking an **Assembly Supervisor** with a profile that is **responsible, safety-conscious, and committed**, who works with a focus on quality, operational discipline, and teamwork. Here, you will join a team that values respect, care for people, and pride in wearing the PLAMONT uniform. **This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** **Responsibilities and duties** * Request and use personal protective equipment; * Verify service scheduling; * Check which materials, tools, and equipment are required for project execution; * Verify workforce requirements, confirming the number of personnel assigned to perform the service; * Conduct daily safety meetings to assess risks; instruct staff on how to execute each service, requesting drawings from management when necessary; * If irregularities occur concerning materials / tools / equipment, contact the internal warehouse; verify whether the work aligns with the scheduled plan and assist in execution if needed; * After service completion, request the presence of the supervisor and contract inspector to evaluate the work; * Oversee site cleanup, collect materials from the construction site, dispose of scrap according to instructions, store tools at the site and/or return them to the internal warehouse; * Lead, manage, and guide machining operations, monitor machine adjustments and setup, supervise compliance with daily schedules, and assess service quality; * Identify improvement opportunities, prepare production and machine downtime reports, instruct team members on work plans, identify and arrange repairs for malfunctioning equipment, report preventive and corrective maintenance needs, and supervise organization, hygiene, and cleanliness; * Lead the team executing the specific service; provide support, as requested, for operational routines and reconciliations relevant to the department; * Comply with company and client procedures regarding Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Administration, observe responsibilities defined therein, and control records per the Integrated Management System. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical course in the relevant field; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the role; * Valid CRT registration. **Additional information** * Market-competitive salary; * Café allowance; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Health plan; * Partnerships with universities and other institutions, encouraging continuous development and professional growth.
