Your role at Zucchi: You will be responsible for ensuring that our export processes occur with technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational fluidity—protecting deadlines, margins, and the international customer experience. Key responsibilities: \-Manage complete export processes, from planning through shipment and final delivery. \-Prepare, review, and register customs documentation (DUE, Draft, Invoice, Packing List, Certificates of Origin, and other required documents). \-Ensure compliance with export standards and regulations. \-Control process closure by interfacing with customs brokers, freight carriers, and regulatory agencies. \-Resolve operational pending issues, anticipate risks, and prevent impacts on shipments. \-Monitor KPIs and support strategic data organization for the department. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Customs Risk Analysis Advanced Interpersonal Communication International Documentation Customs and Regulatory Legislation International Logistics Organization and Accuracy Organization and Priority Management Stakeholder Relationship Management Strategic Vision of the Foreign Market COMPLETED HIGHER EDUCATION Microsoft Office Suite Salesforce SAP Customs Costs Exportation Customs Legislation English **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Profile we seek: Completed or ongoing degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields. Prior experience with export processes and customs procedures. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills for data control and analysis.
