Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-level or Senior Closer to strategically manage the sales cycle, lead consultative negotiations, structure proposals, and ensure excellent, legally compliant deal closures. Compensation aligned with seniority level and performance We are looking for a **Closer** (Mid-level or Senior) to strategically engage in the sales cycle, lead consultative negotiations, structure proposals, and ensure excellent, legally compliant deal closures. **Key Responsibilities:** • Conduct diagnostic meetings to deeply understand the client's context and needs * Lead closing meetings with a consultative approach and strong conversion focus * Manage commercial negotiations while preserving margin, value, and relationships * Execute contract closures securely and transparently * Develop structured and customized commercial proposals * Prepare necessary documentation for deal closure * Draft the internal "Invoice" document, detailing the closure comprehensively for the legal team * Maintain and update the CRM to ensure organization, forecasting accuracy, and complete sales history **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Mid-level or Senior Closer * Strong negotiation and strategic communication skills * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile * Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes * Ability to operate autonomously and take full ownership of the sales pipeline **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in consultative sales or high-value service offerings * Exposure to legal, financial, or B2B environments * Familiarity with contractual processes and commercial documentation **What We Offer:** * A strategic work environment offering autonomy and a growth mindset * Direct involvement with leadership and impactful decision-making * A compensation model aligned with seniority level and performance Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
