We are looking for a **Field Analyst**, with experience in community engagement and social sensitivity, who wishes to contribute to community strengthening in Aracruz/ES. If you believe in the power of networks, active listening, and community mobilization, your place may be with us! ✨ If you identify with topics such as environmental education, community management, local entrepreneurship, and sustainable development, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Planning and facilitating participatory workshops during the PGTA development process, including ethnomapping and ethnozoning workshops specified in the process. * Conducting and leading field and bibliographic/documentary studies required for PGTA development, including interviews, data systematization and analysis regarding Tupinikim territory and culture, land use and ecosystems of the TIC, liabilities, potentials, surrounding enterprises and their impacts, among other topics; joint work with Tupinikim technicians and researchers during the participatory diagnosis, including training and technical mentoring of the team. * Leading the development and implementation of two community projects prioritized in the PGTA, jointly with the Tupinikim people of the TIC. * Executing technical activities necessary for PGTA development, including planning and conducting workshops, meetings, and studies, as well as logistical coordination with the team; technical support for the program’s capacity-building activities; coordination with the team, community, Tupinikim institutions, and partners to ensure activity implementation; documentation, systematization, and organization of results and evidence from the participatory process for use in presentations, reports, and the PGTA; involvement across all program phases (mobilization and awareness-raising, capacity building, participatory diagnosis and planning, and project development and implementation), aligned with specialized technical guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Mandatory:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Geography, Social Sciences, Environmental Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in technical development and implementation of socio-environmental programs and/or projects, preferably within environmental licensing contexts, protected areas, Indigenous peoples, and/or traditional peoples and communities (e.g., Quilombola and others); * Knowledge of and experience with participatory methodologies for diagnostics/research, ethnographic mapping, and community planning; * Experience facilitating workshops and intercultural mediation; * Professional experience collecting and systematizing data in the social sciences and humanities, preferably involving Indigenous peoples and/or traditional peoples and communities (e.g., Quilombola and others); * Experience developing technical projects and reports within socio-environmental programs and projects. **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree (stricto sensu) or specialization (lato sensu) in socio-environmental studies or related fields. Preference for studies and themes related to Indigenous Peoples and Traditional Communities; * Ability to engage institutionally with Indigenous or traditional community leaders, public agencies (indigenous or environmental), and civil society organizations (indigenous and/or environmental), preferably within the regional/local context of the TIC; * Commitment to principles of Indigenous agency, sustainability, and intercultural dialogue; * Experience developing and implementing PGTA or participatory planning instruments (management tools) with Indigenous/traditional peoples; * Familiarity with the National Policy for Territorial and Environmental Management of Indigenous Lands (PNGATI). **Employment Type:** **Contract Duration:** Permanent CLT contract **Benefits:** Meal Allowance (Flex Card), Health Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Childcare Assistance, Birthday Day Off, Newborn Gift Allowance, Wedding Gift Allowance, Gympass Platform; Birthday Day Off and other internal programs offered by Mandu. **Remuneration:** To be negotiated **Work Mode:** On-site \- Aracruz/ES
