We uphold consistent values, strategic pillars, and a clear commitment that drives our growth and a promising future. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate logistics activities jointly with leadership, aiming for continuous improvement in team and process performance; * Lead the operational team through training, qualification, task allocation, daily follow-up, and problem resolution, based on indicator management; * Manage people and internal processes, ensuring organization, productivity, and adherence to operational routines; * Monitor and coordinate rotating inventory, ensuring its proper execution, timely updating of indicators, and defining actions to address discrepancies; * Maintain constant interface with the commercial department and support areas (head office and branches), supporting resolution of issues related to orders, dispatch, deadlines, and deliveries; * Control and schedule delivery times, ensuring loads are completed within drivers’ and delivery personnel’s working hours; * Ensure availability of necessary resources, equipment, and information for safe and efficient execution of activities; * Monitor stock levels, controlling material inflow and outflow, and ensuring proper product storage; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, operational procedures, and safety requirements. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Professional experience in Distribution Centers or structured logistics operations; * Knowledge and experience with WMS and Datasul systems; * Advanced Excel skills for data control, analysis, and indicator tracking; * Availability to work from 1:00 PM to 10:48 PM\. **Benefits** * Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, On-site Meals, Meal Vouchers, Transportation Vouchers, Life Insurance, Wellhub (Gympass), Access to the Gofluent language learning platform, and Profit Sharing Plan (PLR). * **Optum Support Program:** In partnership with **iFood**, offering psychological and social counseling services extended to family members, free of charge to employees, accessible via telephone contact; Sonepar is an equal-opportunity employer and invites women, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities to apply.
