* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, analytical thinking, and capacity to handle multiple demands;
* Proficiency in Excel and ease of use with digital tools.
What is desirable and will be considered a differentiator:
* Experience with agile and/or predictive methodologies (Scrum, PMBOK, Kanban, etc.);
* Hands-on experience with management tools and KPIs;
* Basic technical knowledge of IT and corporate processes;
* Technical English.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Manage the IT project portfolio, including planning, delivery tracking, and ensuring alignment with partner departments;
* Develop and monitor schedules using MS Project and both predictive and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid practices);
* Monitor departmental and project performance indicators with an integrated management perspective (ITIL, governance, and operational efficiency);
* Create dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud;
* Support management and monitoring of activities and requests in SAP ALM and related tools;
* Perform financial and administrative controls (invoices, purchase requests, resource reservations, budgets, and departmental documentation);
* Collaborate with internal departments and vendors on projects, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and tracking of external deliveries;
* Map and improve processes to enhance organizational structure and efficiency in departmental routines.
