Description: * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree, preferably in Private Security Management or Administration. * Experience in corporate security. * Experience or proficiency in incident investigation. * Basic knowledge of electronic security (access control, alarms, CCTV). * Basic knowledge of fire safety. * ISO 31000 certification is desirable. * Basic computer skills (Google Suite: spreadsheets, documents, and presentations). * Willingness to travel. * Availability to work in a hybrid format at the Serra/ES Distribution Center. * Conduct technical inspections and risk analyses of the facility. * Inspect and test fire prevention and suppression equipment. * Manage the maintenance schedule for the facility’s protective systems. * Schedule necessary maintenance activities to ensure physical safety of personnel and assets. * Prepare technical reports based on applicable legislation. * Directly engage in fire prevention activities. * Manage fire protection systems and support the entire licensing process in accordance with local regulations. * Stay updated on current legislation. * Develop action plans based on technical assessments and risk analyses. * Manage the schedule of drills and training sessions for the emergency response team. * Perform technical analysis and validation of all fire prevention and suppression and electronic security projects for the facility, in compliance with the state Fire Department’s regulations. * Manage the security, reception, front desk, and civilian firefighter teams. 2512030202191899023
