




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Job duties: Participate as a stakeholder in the cost control and excellence areas for the company’s strategic projects; Lead meetings with Transportation, Customer, Factories, Warehouses, PTP, OTC, and Suppliers; Support the direct manager on people management topics; Serve as the liaison between the Transportation area and IT technicians; Lead key user agendas for projects such as cost control; Perform master data updates in SAP/Galileu/Multi CTE/TMS; Conduct execution test suites in SAP/Galileu/Multi CTE/TMS; Define workflows and new processes jointly with partner areas; Lead and monitor cost processing performed by Junior and Pleno Analysts; Analyze and verify CTE discrepancies; Analyze negotiated freight rate tables; Analyze valid evidence for generating additional costs; Analyze freight discrepancies and create SAP data to correct costs; Perform verification of calculations, accruals, and allocations according to company policy; Contribute through continuous improvement teams to develop and achieve departmental performance indicators; Clarify suppliers’ questions regarding calculation methodologies; Create STEs (Transportation Service Entries) to adjust freight charges; Create OCs (Purchase Orders) to adjust freight charges; Create purchase requisitions, monitor fiscal posting, and track payment of freight-related invoices; **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields. Preferred qualifications: Postgraduate degree and Intermediate English proficiency. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of freight calculation (full-load). Knowledge of ICMS on freight.
