**RESPONSIBILITIES:** If you identify with this challenge, review your main responsibilities and duties below: \- Organizing and safeguarding financial department documents; \- Executing ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE routines, including preparing spreadsheets for management at the requested frequency (weekly, biweekly, fortnightly, or monthly); \- Sending customer invoices, issuing bank slips and invoices; \- Recording expenses in banking systems and/or issuing checks for supplier payments; \- Preparing purchase order requests and/or validating them with Management; \- Providing financial reporting and forwarding information to the accounting department; \- Organizing RPV’s (fees originating from the judiciary); \- Managing banking relationships; \- Controlling documents and receipts related to collections and office contracts; \- Preparing and delivering financial flow reports to Management; \- Managing service contracts and liaising with clients to obtain signatures, supported by the Commercial Manager; \- Entering and organizing contracts and service proposals in the Easyjur system; \- Managing contracts for associated lawyers and partners, and liaising with regulatory bodies—OAB (Brazilian Bar Association); \- Supporting the firm’s financial management, adopting a strategic perspective on the area. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education, Knowledge, and Experience Required: \- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; \- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role; \- Knowledge of financial management methods; \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; \- Advanced knowledge of finance and administration; \- Basic knowledge of accounting; \- Basic knowledge of IT; **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday through Friday during standard business hours. **BENEFITS:** No benefits offered.
