




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Sales or Business Administration, Marketing and/or Communications; * Experience in management; * Sales techniques; * Production process; * Logistics process; * Commercial and customer service; * Sales and product promotion; * Knowledge of the SPIN tool. * Lead the sales team and support the management of the assigned customer/account portfolio, promoting, negotiating, and selling products as needed, following established strategies and achieving results stipulated in the annual business plan targets, providing input for production, sales, and business viability/sustainability studies; * Support the maintenance/service of the customer portfolio under their responsibility by preparing studies, directing scheduling, and conducting visits, proposals, and quotations; * Prepare commercial proposals within their scope, according to identified needs; * Drive prospecting of potential customers locally, identifying business opportunities, maintaining contacts, and presenting the company and its products to foster customer loyalty and portfolio expansion; * Propose and/or participate in developing projects for new and/or existing accounts, managing all stages—from prospecting, quotation, negotiation, sample dispatch, and deal closure—within their authority, or managing processes to seek decisions from higher-level authorities; * Monitor the profitability of accounts under their management, ensuring achievement of expected results per business/concrete plant; * Ensure sustainable negotiations and long-term relationships, as well as contribute to building a positive company image among customers, aligned with objectives defined in customer interactions and those of their direct supervisors; * Interface with other regional offices to resolve local demand issues and promote exchange of best practices; * Manage customer service across all available channels and stay informed about related conditions and negotiations—including dates, volumes, prices, etc.; * Monitor competitor activities and market trends, flagging opportunities/risks in accordance with compliance requirements; * Participate in commercial planning, contributing to goal definition and monitoring, as well as to defining marketing actions/plans and annual budget control; * Prepare managerial reports; * Contribute to maintaining the 5S methodology within their area, as well as to compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety policies and regulations; * Safeguard equipment under their responsibility and the work environment.
