**Description:** Coordinate and support delivery operations (iFood, Food to Save and similar); Ensure that the product mix is always updated and aligned with the market; Analyze and monitor sales performance through platforms, as well as make interventions and adjustments when necessary. Register and update items on delivery platforms.
