Responsibilities Monitor the fabrication team's routine, providing guidance and assigning tasks. Ensure production targets and deadlines are met. Assist in organizing the department, maintaining discipline, safety, and quality. Provide technical support to operators on a daily basis. Report activity progress to the coordinator/manager. ;Requirements Vocational technical education in related fields. Experience leading teams in the metal\-mechanical industry. Knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, assembly, or machining. Good communication skills, proactivity, and people management ability. Differentiators Experience implementing best production practices (5S, Lean). Experience in heavy or light sheet metal fabrication. ;
