




Description: Completed or ongoing university degree in: Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields. Experience in user support. Knowledge of computer networks, communication protocols, etc. Knowledge of IT equipment installation. Knowledge of the Linx system. (Desirable) Knowledge of hardware and software installation. Knowledge of microcomputing (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, etc).
