Job Summary: Grupo Coutinho is seeking a Controller Analyst to prepare and analyze managerial income statements (DRE), financial reports, monitor budgets, and develop financial and operational KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the preparation and analysis of managerial income statements (DRE) and financial reports. 2. Budget monitoring and development of KPIs. 3. Support for budget planning and dashboard creation. Grupo Coutinho (Extrabom, Extraplus, and Atacado Vem retail chains) — one of the largest food retail companies in Espírito Santo, with 49 stores and continuous growth — is seeking a Controller Analyst. Responsibilities * Prepare and analyze managerial income statements (DRE), financial reports, and performance statements. * Conduct budget monitoring (actual vs. budget), identifying variances and opportunities. * Develop and maintain financial and operational KPIs. * Support the budget planning process. * Build and update dashboards and financial models (Excel/Power BI). * Assist in implementing procedures, policies, and internal controls. * Perform cost, margin, expense, and profitability analyses. * Support internal and external audits.
