Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced leader to manage operations and large teams for MEIA installations in the P&C, Mining, Steelmaking, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Cement, and Food industries. Results-oriented mindset, strong commitment, and owner's mentality Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Demonstrated experience in leadership and operations management; * Ability to manage and motivate large teams while maintaining focus on results and performance; * Experience in MEIA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation) installation projects in the P\&C, Mining, Steelmaking, Oil \& Gas, Renewable Energy, Cement, and Food industries; * Participation in Full Shutdowns (FS) and Partial Shutdowns (PS); * Familiarity with logistics, resource management, and budgetary control; * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (Mercosur); * Owner's mentality, strong commitment, and results orientation; * Proficiency in computer tools and project management and planning software.
