**Job Mission:** Develop and implement user-centered design solutions, leading the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces while ensuring usability and accessibility of digital products. **Key Responsibilities:** * **User Research:** Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand users’ needs, desires, and behaviors. * **User Journey Mapping:** Create personas and map user journeys. * **Design Visual Interfaces:** Create attractive and functional visual interfaces, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to design guidelines, following best practices in UX/UI—including usability, accessibility, information architecture, and interaction design. * **Create Wireframes:** Develop detailed wireframes to define the structure, flow, and layout of solutions in collaboration with the Product Owner (PO). * **Create Low-Fidelity Mockups and Prototypes:** Develop low-fidelity prototypes to test and validate design concepts. * **Contribute to Design Testing and Evaluation:** Conduct usability tests with users, observing and documenting their interactions. * **Collaborate with the Development Team:** Work collaboratively with developers to ensure technical feasibility of designs, participating in implementation reviews and testing. * **Maintain Design Documentation:** * Create and maintain up-to-date records of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for products. * **Create High-Fidelity Mockups and Prototypes:** Develop high-fidelity prototypes to test and validate the flow of new products or features. * **Create Handoff Documentation for Development:** Document prototypes/mockups with detailed technical specifications to communicate clearly with the development team. * **Analyze Research Data:** Identify insights and opportunities for flow and design improvements based on customer research. * **Cohort Analysis:** Implement A/B tests to compare different design alternatives. * **Maintain the Design System Documentation:** Create and maintain documentation for style guides, design specifications, and design principles to consolidate and reinforce the company’s visual identity and ensure cohesion across product development and communication. Collaborate with the team to ensure everyone is aware of designs and design decisions. * **Analysis and Continuous Improvement:** Monitor the performance of design solutions and implement continuous improvements based on data and feedback. **Qualifications and Technical Knowledge:** * Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, including usability, accessibility, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design. * Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. * Prototyping and usability testing skills. * Knowledge of user research methodologies. * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Experience creating and maintaining design systems. * Familiarity with agile software development methodologies. * Experience with Design Thinking. * Knowledge of solutions
