Driven by ambitious challenges, we have developed a platform to simplify control and optimize management — from initial phases through project completion. **// General Responsibilities for This Role:** * **Surface Sanding**: Sand walls, floors, and other surfaces made of concrete, masonry, plaster, or gypsum to render them smooth and ready for painting, cladding, or other finishes. * **Finishing Preparation**: Prepare surfaces for subsequent construction stages, such as paint application, mortar, or other finishing treatments. * **Use of Appropriate Tools**: Operate electric sanders, grinders, and manual tools to ensure uniform, flawless finishes. * **Quality Control**: Inspect completed work to identify potential flaws — such as holes, cracks, or irregularities — and correct them before final finishing. * **Worksite Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized worksite by removing dust residue, material scraps, and ensuring the area remains safe for other construction personnel. * **Workplace Safety**: Properly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including dust masks, gloves, safety goggles, and hearing protection, to ensure personal safety during sanding operations. **// Required Qualifications:** * Do you have experience in this role? * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you reside in Serra or the surrounding region?
