Manage the operational team, monitoring performance and results. Ensure financial control of operations (payments, balances, unloading, and daily allowances). Monitor and validate processes and documents (delivery receipts, CT-e, and related documents). Identify and resolve operational deviations. Ensure effective communication among the team, drivers, and customers. Suggest process improvements and support management in achieving operational results. Previous experience as Logistics Manager, Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Analyst, or Transportation Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
