### **Responsibilities** PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Practice and disseminate the company's mission, vision, values, and management principles with the objective of safeguarding the company's image and strengthening its corporate culture. Manage people by establishing objectives and goals, structuring work, developing and providing tools for associate training, and managing and evaluating results. INVESTOR RELATIONS: Supervise and ensure execution of activities related to investor servicing. A GPON technician’s responsibilities involve deploying, operating, and maintaining fiber optic networks to guarantee the quality and continuity of telecommunications services. Key duties include installing FTTH/FTTB networks, including laying, identifying, and organizing fiber optic cables; performing fusion splicing and handling splice closures, CTOs, and DIOs; installing, provisioning, and activating ONTs/ONUs according to operator specifications; and conducting signal testing and optical power measurements using instruments such as OTDRs and power meters. The technician also performs preventive and corrective maintenance, identifying and resolving faults such as fiber breaks, optical losses, and out-of-spec attenuation, while updating technical records, complying with SLAs, adhering to occupational safety standards, and ensuring high-quality customer service. ### **Education** Completed technical education in Telecommunications. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering. Certification in communication networks and systems. Technical course in Electronics or related fields. ### **Additional Requirements** Willingness to travel. Driver’s license Category B. Flexible working hours. Involvement in infrastructure projects. ### **Other Courses and Certifications** NR10 and NR35\. Cisco CCNA certification. Cybersecurity training. Structured cabling course. ### **Job Overview** RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLING AND MAINTAINING OPTICAL BROADBAND, XDSL, AND STFC PRODUCTS. SERVING CORPORATE CLIENTS, SMEs, AND INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS. THIS ROLE ALSO REQUIRES KNOWLEDGE OF THE COMPANY’S OFFERED PRODUCTS (ALGAR), AS THE TECHNICIAN IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR RECOMMENDING MIGRATION OR UPGRADE OPTIONS FOR GPON OR STFC BROADBAND PRODUCTS. ### **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri, 08:00–18:00 (120-min lunch break) \| 200 hrs/month ### **Prerequisites** Reside in Recife
