Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing accounting and tax closings, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial performance, and supporting strategic and tax planning. Key Highlights: 1. Accurately and timely perform accounting and tax closings. 2. Conduct financial performance analyses and identify opportunities. 3. Act in an advisory capacity to support strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** Perform monthly accounting and tax closings accurately and within established deadlines. Prepare financial statements and management reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement). Conduct financial performance analyses, identifying variances and improvement opportunities. Monitor ancillary obligations and support internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (CPCs and applicable legislation). Implement and review internal controls and accounting policies. Support tax and budgetary planning in collaboration with senior management. Act in an advisory capacity to management, providing insights for strategic decision-making. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics. Active CRC registration (considered a plus). Solid experience in accounting, controller functions, or auditing. Practical knowledge of direct and indirect tax calculations (Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit regimes). Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and accounting/ERP systems. Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and strategic vision.
