Active communication and autonomy for time management We are recruiting for a **Financial Assistant (Operational Focus)** position to join the finance department of an established Accounting and Law firm, with strong expertise in construction companies, real estate developers, and hotel projects. The role operates within the Financial BPO structure, supporting operations with a focus on organization, document verification, and financial entries, ensuring processes are executed accurately and within established deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Access the internal platform for receiving financial documents daily * Verify invoices, bank slips, and payment authorizations, ensuring compliance of information (amounts, due dates, and approvals) * Enter documents into the internal financial system * Ensure entries are completed within established deadlines to enable accurate cash flow planning * Support the internal Financial BPO team in organizing and managing tasks * Maintain active communication with the team to clarify doubts and align information Requirements: * Prior experience with financial routines * Experience verifying invoices and bank slips * Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail * Good time management and autonomy to work remotely * Commitment to deadlines and accuracy of information * **Must have personal computer and appropriate remote work setup (stable internet connection and organized workspace)** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in Financial BPO * Experience working with companies in civil construction, real estate development, or hospitality sectors * Familiarity with financial systems and ERPs * Analytical mindset and curiosity to understand processes beyond operational execution
