




Conteasy is expanding and seeking a **Marketing Assistant** to strengthen brand communication, support **social media and internal marketing initiatives**, and provide **strategic support to the sales team**. We are looking for an organized, creative professional with a practical mindset, capable of transforming internal requests into efficient communication actions. **About the Role** The Marketing Assistant will serve as the **bridge between marketing, sales, and employees**, contributing to brand positioning, reinforcement of internal culture, and support for commercial strategies. This role will actively participate in executing digital initiatives, producing content, and organizing sales-support materials. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives; * Create, schedule, and monitor content for official social media channels; * Liaise with media vendors and partners, when required; * Support internal marketing initiatives, internal campaigns, company announcements, and corporate events; * Develop sales-support materials (presentations, brochures, proposals, institutional content); * Monitor basic social media and campaign performance metrics; * Assist in standardizing the company’s visual and institutional communication; * Organize marketing department requests, deadlines, and materials; * Provide support for internal communication and marketing-related requests. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields; * Prior experience with social media and digital marketing; * Strong written and visual communication skills; * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks; * Basic knowledge of digital metrics and analytics; * Proficiency with design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar); * Proficiency with office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with internal marketing and internal communications; * Experience supporting sales teams; * Knowledge of branding and brand positioning; * Experience working in service-oriented companies.
