We seek an organized, communicative individual with a strong focus on customer service who enjoys working with goals and relationships. **Main Responsibilities** * Handle reservation requests via phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and online systems * Enter, verify, and update reservations in the system * Provide information regarding rates, room categories, hotel policies, and packages * Support the front desk and sales department as needed * Monitor availability, overbooking, and cancellations **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in hotel reservations or front desk operations * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organization and attention to detail * Basic computer literacy * Preferred: Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and online travel agencies (OTAs) **Desired Competencies** * Friendliness and courtesy in customer interactions * Agility and sense of priority * Commercial mindset and focus on sales conversion **Work Schedule and Hours** * **Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off * **Hours:** 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Meal Allowance (VR) * TotalPass * Commission Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance
