Combine the best of technology and human creativity in large-scale IT and business transformation programs for global clients, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in **cloud, security, data, AI, enterprise platforms, and intelligent automation**.### **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain databases aligned with organizational needs and industry best practices. * Plan database environment capacity to ensure scalability, availability, and performance. * Execute and manage **backup and restore** routines, ensuring data integrity and reliability. * Monitor logs and metrics to proactively identify incidents and potential risks to the environment. * Manage database software licenses and track technical reports related to fixes and improvements. * Provide technical support during outages, conduct root cause analysis, and support efficient incident resolution. * Develop, implement, and maintain **Disaster Recovery (DR) plans** to protect critical data and ensure business continuity. ### **Required Qualifications** * **Intermediate** proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations. * **Advanced** proficiency in **Oracle** Database Administration. * Minimum of **2 years** of relevant experience in related roles. * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related field. ### **Preferred Qualifications (Desirable)** * **Advanced** proficiency in **Microsoft SQL Server** databases. * **Intermediate** knowledge of database **performance tuning**. * **Intermediate** knowledge of **information security best practices applied to data**. * **Basic** experience in infrastructure management within a **cloud environment**. * **Intermediate** knowledge of **scripting and automation** of operational routines. **Work Type/Contract:** * CLT; * We seek professionals based in Recife (PE) * Schedule: 12x36 * Modality: Hybrid (2 days onsite) At Accenture, we invest in our professionals’ development like no other organization: Professionals with equal opportunities to grow.
