Join our family! **PERISHABLES SUPERVISOR POSITION** * Ensure effective inventory management for the department; * Collaborate with the perishables department manager to address slow-moving products for strategic action; * Guide the team to achieve distinctive product displays according to required standards; * Place purchase orders for the department; * Conduct general product evaluations; * Supervise receipt of department merchandise: arranging the cold room, freezer, and sales counter; * Prepare work schedules; * Manage team hour banks and vacation time. **WHAT WE REQUIRE:** * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education; * Experience leading teams in the perishables area (minimum one year); * Knowledge of good food handling practices.
