Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance We are looking for a professional to work as a **Maintenance Assistant**, with proven experience and practical knowledge in **preventive and corrective building maintenance**. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of **general building maintenance**; * Basic understanding and hands-on experience with **electrical services**; * Experience with **various repairs**; * Knowledge of **plumbing / hydraulics**; * Ability to identify and resolve day-to-day maintenance issues; * Organized, proactive, and responsible. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **preventive and corrective building maintenance**; * Carry out minor repairs on **electrical, plumbing, and structural installations**; * Support activities related to **painting, masonry, finishing, and conservation**; * Conduct inspections and monitor the building’s installations; * Identify repair needs and act preventively; * Ensure proper operation, safety, and preservation of the environment. **Desired Profile:** * Committed, agile, and detail-oriented professional; * Ability to handle daily operational demands; * Professional demeanor, discipline, and sense of urgency; * Teamwork capability. **Advantages:** * Courses in **electrical systems, plumbing, building maintenance, or related fields**; * Experience in corporate, commercial, or condominium environments.
