Job Summary: Actively collaborate with stakeholders to refine needs and ensure solutions align with business objectives, while managing the product lifecycle. Key Highlights: 1. Play an active and critical role alongside stakeholders—challenging assumptions, refining needs, and validating requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet business objectives. * Facilitate brainstorming sessions, requirements elicitation meetings, and refinement workshops with business areas. * When required, conduct business analysis and process modeling (BPMN, flowcharts) for AS\-IS and TO\-BE states. * Develop and maintain the Product Roadmap in collaboration with management and business areas. * Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring it remains continuously refined, clear, and aligned with strategy. * Write User Stories with clear, measurable acceptance criteria. * Create screen prototypes to support the technical team during development. * Perform functional testing to validate that the implemented solution meets agreed-upon requirements. * Create and maintain relevant documentation, including User Stories, UAT scripts, User Manuals, and others. * Serve as the liaison between business areas and the technical team.
